Abstract
At community health posts (Posyandu), NCD screening records are still predominantly paper-based, leading to incomplete records, data duplication, and delays in reporting. Digital recording systems are therefore needed to improve the quality of community health data management. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of SI-WARAS in supporting usability, data recording quality, and recording efficiency for NCD services at Posyandu in Caturharjo Village. A descriptive quantitative study was conducted involving 42 community health volunteers. Data were collected using a post-implementation Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively using frequency distributions and percentages. Most respondents reported that SI-WARAS was easy to understand and operate using smartphones, produced more organized records, facilitated retrieval of community health data, and accelerated recording and reporting processes compared with the previous manual system. SI-WARAS supports the digitalization of NCD recording by improving usability, recording quality, and reporting efficiency, thereby strengthening community-based health information management at the Posyandu level.
