Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Digital dan Behavioral Spending Discipline terhadap Financial Well-Being Mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya di Era Ekonomi Berbasis Aplikasi

This study attempts to explain the factors influencing students' financial well-being in today's app-driven economy. Although advances in financial technology have led to increasingly frequent digital transactions, not all students are able to manage their money effectively. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research style to examine the causal relationship between the variables (X1,X1,Z1,M1,M2,Y1) studied, including digital literacy, shopping habits, money management, frequency of financial app use, and the influence of their social environment. The primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 65 purposefully selected students from various faculties at the 17 August 1945 University in Surabaya. The analysis used regression, mediation, and moderation tests with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that students' understanding of the digital world did not significantly influence their money management or financial well-being. However, discipline in spending significantly impacted financial management and students' overall financial situation. Personal financial management currently does not directly contribute to financial well-being, while the use of financial apps and the influence of the social environment did not appear to play a significant role as intermediaries or modifiers. This conclusion emphasizes how disciplined financial behavior is key to improving students' financial well-being in this digital age..

Abstrak
Penelitian ini berupaya memaparkan faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi baiknya kondisi finansial mahasiswa di tengah ekonomi yang sudah serba aplikasi ini. Walaupun kemajuan teknologi finansial membuat mahasiswa makin sering bertransaksi secara digital, kenyataannya tidak semua dari mereka mampu mengelola uang dengan benar. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian penjelasan untuk menguji ada tidaknya hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel (X1,X2,Z1,M1,M2,Y1) yang diteliti, meliputi pemahaman digital, cara mereka berbelanja, cara mengelola uang, seberapa sering memakai aplikasi keuangan, dan juga pengaruh dari lingkungan pergaulan mereka. Data utama didapat dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 65 mahasiswa dari beragam fakultas di kampus Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang dipilih secara sengaja. Proses analisisnya memakai uji regresi, mediasi, dan moderasi dengan batas signifikansi 0,05. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang dunia digital belum terlalu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cara mereka mengatur uang atau kondisi finansial mereka. Namun, kedisiplinan dalam membelanjakan uang ternyata sangat berdampak pada manajemen keuangan dan situasi keuangan mahasiswa secara umum. Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi saat ini belum secara langsung membantu kesejahteraan finansial, sementara pemakaian aplikasi keuangan dan pengaruh dari lingkungan sosial tidak terlihat berperan penting baik sebagai perantara maupun pemodifikasi. Kesimpulan ini menekankan betapa perilaku finansial yang disiplin adalah kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kondisi keuangan mahasiswa di zaman serba digital ini.
