Perencanaan Integrasi Program Tahfidz dan Kurikulum Nasional untuk menguatkan mutu pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma'soem

This study aims to analyze the integration planning of the Al-Qur'an memorization (Tahfidz) program and the national curriculum to strengthen the quality of learning at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’soem. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the pesantren leadership, curriculum managers, and Tahfidz mentors. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the integration planning is carried out systematically through the development of an adaptive Tahfidz curriculum, setting realistic memorization targets, balanced time management for learning, and the implementation of a continuous evaluation system. This integration not only supports the academic achievement of the students in line with the national curriculum but also strengthens the development of religious character and learning discipline. With contextual planning and a focus on student abilities, the integration of the Tahfidz program and the national curriculum contributes positively to improving the quality of learning at the pesantren.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan integrasi program tahfidz Al-Qur’an dan kurikulum nasional dalam menguatkan mutu pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’soem. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan pimpinan pesantren, pengelola kurikulum, dan pembimbing tahfidz. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan integrasi dilakukan secara sistematis melalui penyusunan kurikulum tahfidz yang adaptif, penetapan target hafalan yang realistis, pengelolaan waktu pembelajaran yang seimbang, serta penerapan sistem evaluasi berkelanjutan. Integrasi ini tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian akademik santri sesuai kurikulum nasional, tetapi juga memperkuat pembentukan karakter religius dan kedisiplinan belajar. Dengan perencanaan yang kontekstual dan berorientasi pada kemampuan peserta didik, integrasi program tahfidz dan kurikulum nasional berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di pesantren.
