Abstract

Through the design and development of a web-based Management Information System for Fiber Optic Handling and Maintenance, this project seeks to enhance PT. Indo Karya Komunika's operational data management.  The waterfall method, which includes phases for requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, was used to construct the system.  Alpine.js for client-side interaction, Tailwind CSS for the user interface, and the Laravel PHP framework are among the technologies used.  A management information website with a diagram-based dashboard, data export to.xlsx format, and a role-based authentication system to control user access levels is the end result of this work. It can handle product, service, sales, and purchase data.

Abstrak

 

Dengan merancang dan mengembangkan situs web Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penanganan dan Perbaikan Fiber Optic, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan data operasional PT. Indo Karya Komunika.  Analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan adalah semua langkah dalam pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan metode waterfall.  Dalam pembuatan sistem, digunakan Laravel sebagai framework PHP, Tailwind CSS untuk antarmuka pengguna, dan Alpine.js untuk interaktivitas sisi klien.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan situs web berbasis sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat menangani data tentang produk, servis, penjualan, dan pembelian. Situs web ini memiliki fitur seperti dashboard berbasis diagram, ekspor data ke format.xlsx, dan sistem autentikasi berbasis peran pengguna yang mengatur akses.
