Pembuatan Instruksi Kerja dan Jadwal Perawatan Mesin Produksi

Abstract

Work instructions and machine maintenance schedules are crucial elements in supporting the smooth operation of industrial production processes. This study aims to design work instruction documents and create machine maintenance schedules to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The methods used include direct field observations, interviews with operators and technicians, as well as document studies on the machines used. The outcome of this activity is the formulation of systematic work instructions for each production machine and a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule tailored to the actual field conditions. It is expected that this document will assist the company in maintaining machine performance and minimizing production downtime.

Abstrak

Instruksi kerja dan jadwal perawatan mesin merupakan elemen penting dalam menunjang kelancaran proses produksi industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dokumen instruksi kerja serta membuat jadwal perawatan mesin produksi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan operator dan teknisi, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap mesin-mesin yang digunakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya instruksi kerja yang sistematis untuk tiap mesin produksi dan jadwal perawatan preventif serta korektif yang sesuai dengan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Diharapkan dokumen ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menjaga performa mesin dan meminimalisasi downtime produksi.
