Kepemimpinan Masa Depan Apple dalam Transformasi Tim Cook ke John Ternus

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi gaya kepemimpinan di Apple dari Tim Cook menuju John Ternus berdasarkan perspektif Leadership of the Future. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (library research), di mana data dikumpulkan melalui jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, laporan tahunan Apple, publikasi resmi perusahaan, serta berbagai literatur yang relevan mengenai kepemimpinan, inovasi, dan suksesi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tim Cook berhasil mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada manusia (human-centered leadership), pemberdayaan karyawan (employee-centered leadership), inovasi, serta keberlanjutan organisasi yang berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan dan daya saing Apple. Di sisi lain, John Ternus sebagai calon penerus menunjukkan karakteristik kepemimpinan yang kuat pada aspek inovasi teknologi, pengembangan produk, dan kemampuan memimpin tim lintas fungsi. Proses transisi kepemimpinan ini mencerminkan implementasi succession leadership yang efektif, di mana Apple mempersiapkan regenerasi kepemimpinan melalui pengembangan talenta internal tanpa menghilangkan budaya organisasi yang telah terbentuk. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip Leadership of the Future, seperti agile leadership, innovation leadership, human-centered leadership, dan sustainability leadership, menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan inovasi, adaptabilitas organisasi, serta keunggulan kompetitif Apple di tengah dinamika industri teknologi global.
